Refund policy
Product Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Item must also be in the original packaging.
Leather that are split are not refundable / cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The numbers of days required to receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (Non-Refundable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded & items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Product Exchanges for Defects/Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like to request an exchange for defective/damaged items, send us an email at sales@alleather.com, with Subject: 'AL Leather Item Exchange', to arrange for the product return/exchange.
Note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees for product exchanges.
